Recently there is a lot of debate and discussion on free basic by facebook or internet.org and on net neutrality. And i am sure that most of you guys are getting notification on top of your facebook profile to sign and support the free facebook by sending an message on your behalf.

And i am also sure the most of us are signing it without even knowing about what actually it is and how much harmful it can be in near future.

So i will suggest please read the full post and say no to free Facebook.

Free Facebook is offered in india as Internet. org and also in lot many countries with tag free facebook or basic Facebook.

Now what does it means ?
It means that the websites which are offerd in the program uses facebook servers and all your data will go through Facebook server, which is one of the world largest personal data collector.

How facebook will use that data and generate revenue and barriers to other companies its much more technical.

Free Basics in Your Laungage:

1. Let us assume i go to a coffee shop and order a cup of coffee which i have been doing from past many year. I pay the bill of 100 bucks.

2. Suddenly on one fine day he says you can drink 3 cup of coffee for free, and 4th one will cost you 100 bucks. Obviously i am happy as i am getting 4 cup of coffee for price of one.

3. As its continuous i became habitual to drink 4 cup of coffee without these i can’t sleep. But as it cost me only 100 bucks so i don’t mind it.

4. And after some decent time one fine day shop owner says each cup of coffee will cost 500 bucks and for side drinks i need to register myself wfor 3000 bucks.

5. I left the coffee shop try to search new shop on new places but i don’t find any shop because all shops are closed due to unsustainable business ethics of the shop which i used to go every day.

6.  Now only option is that I have to pay 2000 bucks to get my daily sleeping dose which was originally 100 bucks.

7. And finally who is responsible for this condition, me who enjoy the free drink without even thinking a single time.

So my final word is “just think about it and support the net neutrality and say no to free basics by facebook”

Here is why all recharge offer is not valid on airtel

From past few months we seen that various online recharge portal like paytm,freecharge,mobikwik etc are excluding airtel from all recharge offers like cashbacks and discounts.

Paytm are offering some cashbacks on postpaid user’s but others are completely ignoring airtel users.

Attractive offers in the form of cashbacks and discounts are one of the major perks of recharging prepaid numbers online but what are the reason that they are excluding airtel users.

Airtel user!! We are sorry!!

What could be the reason?

We approached Paytm  Freecharge and mobikwik for their comments through twitter, facebook and email on this new practice, but they haven’t responded yet to our queries and we don’t think so.
We believe there could be multiple reasons for this –

1. Airtel might have asked these providers to refrain from offering benefits in order to drive customers to their own portal. This if successful would mean that Airtel need not pay commissions to third party portals. It may also be noted that Airtel also offers web-exclusive recharges which can’t be done through other recharge portal.

2. A rigid commission structure from Airtel might leave less room for providers like Paytm or Freecharge to offer discounts or cashbacks.

3. Or airtel might want that there user use more and more my airtel app and their portal fir recharge.

What would happen now?

It might be possible that it will not be as good as airtel thinks and user might migrate from airtel to other service provider.
Also if it becomes positive then a large number of airtel user might migrate from paytm,freecharge and mobikwik.
